Growth and development in Leppington NSW

Leppington sits 52 kilometres south west of the Sydney CBD and was identified as part of the South West Growth Centre in 2004. The South West Rail Link brought the station on 8 February 2015, with direct services to the city via Strathfield, and the estates have been filling in around it ever since. The suburb itself is older than the growth designation suggests: it was established in 1914 and named after Leppington Park, a property granted in 1821.

Has the rail link changed the building pace?

It set it. The estates around the station have been releasing since, which is why our work here is almost entirely new construction rather than resale.

Is the suburb finished?

No. Construction was still active across multiple estates through 2026.

Which nearby suburbs do you attend?

Austral, Denham Court, Catherine Field, Rossmore, Bringelly and Edmondson Park, plus the wider south west.
